Solar Electric Air Conditioning Systems   Green Power’s first production unit is a 13,500 btu totally DC powered system package system. The Green Power unit is the ideal choice for applications requiring a ducted system. We can install multiple systems to increase the btus. The Greenpower system can operate solely of Photovaltic panels with battery back up or as a combination system that uses both AC and DC power. The Greenpower system is extremely durable, and is ideal for remote or high dirt areas. Although DC powered systems might be new to the commercial market. At the heart of the system is a time tested compressor manufactured by a major US compressor company that has been making them for years for yachts, cell towers and other applications. We feel that the GreenPower system is ideal for ATM and computer rooms, as well as additional additional cooling capacity where needed and to zone smaller offices. Greenpower however is not resting on it’s laurels and plans to roll out two additional unit models with in the next 12-18 months. One will be a smaller window unit, while the second one will be a four ton package. Another benefit the Greenpower system has is the fact that it can also provide space heating.
